Coinciding with the approach of the Eid al-Adha His Royal Highness Prince Dr. / Mansour bin tired bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and all the secretariats and the municipalities in the Kingdom to allow slaughter within the kitchen during the day of Eid al-Adha in the period from 10 to 12 of the argument next. This comes within the framework of easing pressure on the slaughterhouses under the supervision of municipal secretariats and subsidiary, and to meet the needs of citizens.


He told the Director (General Administration for Environmental Health) in Al-Madinah Municipality Engineer / Ali Allawi told the door. Allawi said that the issue of allowing slaughter in the kitchen requires the availability of a set of requirements are:


• Availability of kitchen valid license.
• The existence of a veterinarian in the kitchen for the detection of carcasses and examined before and after slaughter, holds a valid health.
• meet all the requirements of private health in the kitchens within the guidelines and regulations.
• Provide a suitable place to achieve health requirements for the slaughter of cattle and skinned, contains all the equipment necessary to complete the slaughter, and connected to the discharge of waste disposal.
